1 1/2ozTequila anejo
1ozTia Maria, Kahlua or Coloma
  Mexican Whipped Cream

  Garnishes: finely ground
  . coffee beans and sugar to
  . rim glass, chocolate
  . covered coffee beans,
  . & cinnamon sticks for
  . stirring.

Warm a mug or stemmed wine glass by rinsing in HOT water. Add the coffee to the mug, add the tequila and liqueur and then garnish. Source: Tequila: Cooking with the Spirit of Mexico
